In this rainy season, cases of dengue fever is reaching again at it's peak. In order not to be caught off guard with such kind of disease, here are some tips on how to prevent it's occurrence:

  • Use mosquito repellents (lotions, sprays, etc)
  • Discard all unwanted items gathered around the living area and keep the environment clean to avoid the breeding of mosquitoes.
  • Fumigate the area if possible (contact service provider)
  • Keep the water stores clean and closed.
  • Keep yourself well covered when outside.
  • Take prompt medical advice once fever starts.

There's a lot of this going on at my son's school. I'm praying for protection; this is a very hard thing to bear.
