Biking is one of the sport that Pastor John (one of my mentors) encouraged me to engage with. Obviously, I'm having a hard time loosing excess body weight and he's helping me through the process of eliminating those unwanted flabs over my body. Biking exercises the major muscles in your body which includes your back, thighs, quadriceps and abdomen which usually grow bigger when you eat too much. I'm quite curious on how this would fit me? But definitely I'm going to try this one. I just have to secure my personal bicycle first! One that could bare my weight....lol!
