Then Sings my Soul Saturdays

I love this song cause it reminds me of my true identity and what I am capable of doing with my God. As I pass through the "giants"(of my life) that intimidates me, his voice reminds me to have FAITH and BELIEVE on his promises. That those things you thought it was impossible could become possible if you choose to listen and believe the voice of truth.

Apple finds iPhone 4 signal bars misleading, hiding poor signal

Apple just issued their official statement on the non-existent iPhone 4 reception issues. What iPhone 4 users are experiencing when they grip the lower left corner is just their real signal, poor as it seems. Their poor signal has so far been obscured by the deceptive signal bars, which obviously tend to exaggerate the signal levels due to some erroneous formula in the iPhone software.

Apple's statement on the iPhone 4 reception issues (which they previously dismissed as nonexistent), says that all phones have issues in areas of poor signal and it's just that the iPhones show the available signal in a wrong way. Apple plans to fix that with a software release that should make graphical representation of available signal more real. End of problem.

I just hope they would really do something about this problem just to be fair to those customers who are paying a lot for this gadget. They deserve to get the quality of item on what they were paying for. Many people have chosen Apple over other brands before due to its popularity. Even I was strongly convinced, but I'm starting to have second thoughts right now. If this signal crap thing continues, their reputation would really be compromised.

Looking at the Sky on Friday

It's been my attitude to look over the sky every once in a while. As a was staring it, I realized that clouds do really SMILE. Funny isn't it? I'm being watched by a "smiling cloud" and I'm  smiling back at it...Lol...but I'm not going nuts. A smiling cloud can't make one either. Awesome Day!!!

Just keep smiling... =)

Thankful Thursday

Funny how this movie became a reality in my life. This week I earned PHP 3500 just for singing 2 weddings in a row. I really thank God for the opportunity and the blessings I've been receiving recently. I'm still expecting for more from a Great Generous God who provided the needs of His people. To HIM be the all glory...

Just Getting Started...

Last month, my bestfriend called me and asked if I could help her apply to any institution that hires nurses for the mean time. We've knocked every opportunity we find and end up being turned down by every company we've been to. I guess experience on the said job would really matter now a days. It's hard to compete with those people who's been there for quite a while when you're just a fresh graduate, receiving minimal training from your previous college institution. We've been through different places for the whole month of June and still can't find the job we desire. Yet, we continue to press on, until a bunch of opportunities pops up again.

We are starting to fear that we might end up again on the same process just like before. We have wasted time and resources already and we can't afford to waste more. But God reminded us while we were listening to our pastor on that Wednesday night, that we should strengthen our faith and do not lose hope for He is ABLE to do exceedingly, abundantly, above all that we could ever ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20). Right there and then, motivation intervenes quickly, causes us to hope for a brighter future that is waiting ahead of us just as he promised on his word (Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know what I have planned for you,’ says the Lord. I have plans to prosper you, not to harm you. I have plans to give you a future filled with hope").

Now we can smile quite a bit. The path ahead might be tough, confusing and leading us to different directions, but rest assured that His light will lead us closer to plan he has in store for us - brighter future and a hopeful one. Indeed, we we're just getting started to taste the beginning of what is yet to come.
