Hey guys! Thanks for being here today...I would like to invite everyone to the newest meme of the season known as the Saturday Bloopers! Yes, you heard it right! Just like other memes, each Saturday, we would contribute certain photos, stories, jokes, videos or any form of experiences that made you laugh for the past days of your life. I do believe that laughters are meant to be shared and we would definitely do that here every Saturday! In this fast paced and stressful world, it is always good to take a break, relax and tell your funny stories of the week.

Bicycle Riding: Great way of loosing weight!

Biking is one of the sport that Pastor John (one of my mentors) encouraged me to engage with. Obviously, I'm having a hard time loosing excess body weight and he's helping me through the process of eliminating those unwanted flabs over my body. Biking exercises the major muscles in your body which includes your back, thighs, quadriceps and abdomen which usually grow bigger when you eat too much. I'm quite curious on how this would fit me? But definitely I'm going to try this one. I just have to secure my personal bicycle first! One that could bare my weight....lol!
